Michael Wells is known for producing in many styles & many aliases. He's been in the U.K. top 40 under 3 different names incl his million selling 'I wanna be a hippy' (as Technohead) His music is featured in films and T.V, he's been covered by the Smurfs, sampled by The Prodigy & awarded a Palme d'Or de Cannes.
Here we see him experimenting with darker, harder and more repetitive beats. Layering epic sound sweeps over sparkling percussive rhythms. Upping the tempo with style.

I wish that "Mist Duck" would have alternate lyrics, maybe something like a description of a beautiful full moon glimmering over a lake, whilst a fluffy brown tabby cat is washing his paws nearby, his motor producing loud purrs. However, Perc made such an absolute killer job (only to be expected!) with this remix that it's become a guilty pleasure. It doesn't make me want to bounce on any fists any time soon, but the dance floor is a different story that nobody could resist! 🫖 🧞‍♀️ Sara-Jayne Arnold
